Sibs - For brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults

Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings. Support includes: information about disabilities or conditions; school resources; news and top tips; online and face to face adult sibling support groups; events such as workshops and courses; adult sibling guides, sibling stories and eBooks.

We  offer online support groups for adult siblings, the info on them can be found here:

We offer various online training sessions and workshops. We have a FREE introductory session for schools. This introductory session will explore the unique challenges faced by young siblings, share insights from recent research, and introduce practical FREE resources that schools can use to better support siblings in their settings.
