We offer shared housing for marginalised, vulnerable groups such as young men, immmigrants, women on income support in the Southend area. We also will be branching into Basildon areas soon. Alongside this we offer holistic wellbeing, counselling, coaching and life skills support. We aim to encourage independent living and empower our residents within their daily lives by building confidence and encouraging agency. We work respecting all aspects of an individuals identity.
Who can use this service?
Vulnerable or marginalised people who are struggling to find a home and are happy to room share.
How are services delivered?
We first need to complete a quick assessment to see if our accommodation and service is suitable for you. If successful we then complete a risk and wellbeing assessment to ensure that we can meet your needs. Once settled into property we ensure that negotiations are fairly managed within your house group. We will then carry out holistic wellbeing and life skills support plan. You will have continued support whilst you are being housed with us 😊
