Cruse Bereavement Care: Essex

Suitable for children, young people and adults, Cruse Bereavement is a national charity which is dedicated to supporting and talking to those who have lost a loved one. Our volunteers are specifically trained to help adults and children through incredibly difficult time. We offer free one-to-one support irrespective of the time since the bereavement.

Due to high demand for our free service we have a waiting list of around 4 months currently.. When a self-referral is received, we contact the person within a week to 10 days to make an initial assessment and may then add them to our waiting list for support.
