Through Dementia Support our expert Dementia Advisers provide information, practical guidance and support to help those living with dementia cope with day-today challenges and prepare for the future, connecting them to the right support, at the right time, in the right way.- Dementia support can be provided via telephone or face to face.

The dementia support line is open Monday to Wednesday 9am -8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
